I have always been passionate about helping others and supporting individuals through life’s challenges. My path into this profession was shaped by my own experiences navigating difficult seasons, which allowed me to deeply appreciate the value of compassionate guidance and meaningful support. I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they grow in their understanding of themselves—their thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and overall life experiences—and to witness the personal growth that comes from that awareness.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and grounded in meeting individuals exactly where they are in their journey. I believe each person is the expert of their own life, and I recognize that healing is not linear. Because of this, sessions may vary in focus depending on each client’s needs at the moment. I place strong emphasis on building authentic connection and a trusting therapeutic relationship, as I believe this foundation is essential for meaningful change. I approach therapy with the understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all method; each individual requires unique support, tools, and strategies to reach their personal goals.
I work with individuals and families across the lifespan, from preschool-aged children through older adulthood.
