I became a therapist because I’ve always been interested in the deeper patterns that shape our inner lives and relationships. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who have spent a lot of time trying to understand themselves, yet still feel something inside keeps them stuck or pulls them away from the life they want. My approach is collaborative, curious, and insight-oriented. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe slowing down and exploring what is happening beneath the surface. Together we often look at the different parts of ourselves that carry pain, pressure, or protective roles, helping clients develop greater self-understanding and compassion while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1, and my work is informed by relational and experiential approaches. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, and life transitions. Many of my clients are exploring how family-of-origin experiences—such as growing up with emotionally unavailable or immature caregivers—continue to shape their relationships and sense of self. I offer both in-person and Telehealth sessions and welcome clients seeking thoughtful, insight-oriented therapy.
