I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a space where they can feel truly seen, heard, and supported through life’s challenges. Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or lonely at times, and many people move through those experiences without a place to talk about them openly and honestly. I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel safe enough to slow down, explore their story, and begin to understand themselves with greater clarity and compassion.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in curiosity. I aim to create an environment where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or worry about being judged. Together, we focus on understanding patterns in your life, making sense of difficult experiences, and building healthier ways to cope while strengthening your sense of identity and direction.
Much of my work focuses on complex trauma, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-image, and self-exploration. I draw from trauma-informed and relational approaches that emphasize safety, insight, and meaningful change over time. If you’re considering therapy, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
