I became a therapist because I have always been interested in how people make sense of hardship and continue moving forward after difficult experiences. My background in the military medical services first showed me how deeply emotional health shapes every part of a person’s life. I am passionate about helping individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered as they work toward healing and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, grounded, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being honest while also feeling encouraged to grow. Sessions focus on understanding patterns, building practical coping skills, and strengthening resilience. I believe people already carry many of the strengths they need, and therapy helps bring those strengths into clearer focus.

My experience includes working with children, adolescents, families, and adults, with an emphasis on trauma-informed care and emotional development. Outside of therapy, I am a writer who values storytelling as a powerful way people process identity, struggle, and hope. I welcome anyone seeking a supportive and respectful space to begin or continue their journey toward healing.
