I became a therapist because of a desire to explore my ability to serve others by giving them a space to be heard. I believe that relationships are what connect us as people, and they create a sense of belonging in the world around us. This belief is what drew me to pursue a career in therapy.

I am passionate about working with individuals and couples through a systems-based approach to therapy, which focuses on understanding and addressing interconnections between individuals and the relationship systems they are a part of. I approach therapy through a compassionate and collaborative stance. Together we may address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, communication difficulties, and relational concerns.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be going through something difficult, wanting to better understand yourself and your identity, or looking to create deeper connection in your life. Whatever brings you here, I hope to provide a space where you feel safe to be yourself, speak openly, and know that you will be listened to with care and without judgment.
