Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years. Today, the integration between physical and mental health is understood more than ever. The dynamic brain renders change, growth, and healing possible…words that ignite hope. Hope that trauma doesn’t have to define you. Hope that unhealthy relational patterns can be interrupted. Hope that anxiety, depression, and addiction can be met with growth and healing. That motivates me with a deep sense of purpose.

I work with clients to bring holistic awareness – body, mind, and spirit – into sessions with an integrated approach that leans on interpersonal neurobiology, somatic, and Adlerian-based concepts. This approach explores one’s lived experiences to guide what I call being REAL. Relationally exploring the impact childhood relationships have on current relationships; a strengths-based approach fostering what energizes oneself; living authentic; and integrating physical, mental, social, emotional, and financial well-being into overall livelihood.

It would be my privilege to walk alongside you on your journey, however complicated it may feel. Let’s begin a conversation towards Relationally, Energized, Authentic Living.
