As the Insurance and Billing Coordinator, I am responsible for managing insurance verifications, obtaining prior authorizations, reviewing claim denials and rejections, and coordinating with clients on their billing statements, insurance coverage, and payment options.
In my role, I serve as a liaison between clients, insurance companies, and our clinics. What I enjoy most about my work is solving problems and helping clients understand their insurance/billing questions. Insurance can be confusing at times, so helping someone understand the process can feel meaningful.
