My role at Sioux Falls Psychological Services is at the front desk, where I greet clients and check them in for their upcoming appointments. I also help connect new or existing clients with the best provider to meet their needs for service. The team of counselors and therapists in our clinics makes my work feel like home, and not just a job.
I especially enjoy working in this field, as I plan to be a future counselor in clinical mental health counseling. My role gives me insight into what clients experience before entering a counseling session. This gives me the full picture of how clients’ visits progress from beginning to end. I am passionate about supporting clients and helping connect them to someone who will hear their story.
