I became a therapist after an earlier career in business leadership, drawn by a desire to do work that felt more human and meaningful. My clinical focus centers on sex therapy, identity development, and life transitions, including grief and relational change. I believes that thoughtful, direct conversation about topics that are often avoided can create meaningful change.
My approach is insight-oriented and grounded in psychodynamic principles. I help clients explore how early experiences, cultural messages, and relationship patterns shape current struggles. In sex therapy, I work with concerns related to sexual dissatisfaction, desire differences, performance anxiety, identity questions, and relational disconnection. I am comfortable and competent in guiding conversations about sex and sexuality that may feel vulnerable or difficult to name. I also work frequently with men and professionals seeking clarity and a deeper understanding of themselves.
I am EMDR trained and have completed extensive and ongoing continuing education in sexual health, attachment, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. I work with adults and diverse relationships navigating identity, intimacy, grief, and life transitions.
