I became a therapist because I have always been deeply moved by the human experience and the longing we all carry to feel seen, understood, and at home within ourselves. I am continually in awe of the courage it takes for someone to turn toward their story and begin the work of healing. It is a privilege to hold space for people as they move through both ache and beauty and slowly rediscover joy, connection, and a more grounded sense of themselves.

My approach to therapy is relational and integrative. I strive to create a space of warmth, curiosity, and deep respect where clients feel safe enough to explore their inner world with honesty and care. Together we slow down, bring awareness to thoughts, emotions, and body experiences, and make room for reflection, vulnerability, and meaningful change.

I believe healing is a movement toward greater wholeness. I work with individuals and couples navigating trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, and I also support many mothers who are hoping to conceive, are pregnant, preparing for birth, or navigating postpartum. I am Level 2 Gottman trained in couples therapy, and my work integrates emotional regulation, relational healing, and mind-body awareness as we gently move toward healing and deeper connection. I welcome those who feel ready to begin or continue that journey.
