Welcome! You are here, and that matters to me. I am committed to walking alongside clients—individuals, couples, and families—from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I enjoy hearing people’s stories and learning about the experiences and relationships that helped to shape who they are. I’m curious about what makes you “you”—your values, struggles, strengths, and life experiences. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is watching people grow in self-awareness and understanding, which often brings clarity, growth, healing, and an opportunity for change and new possibilities.
I support people navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, attachment challenges, personality disorders, PMDD, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to go through it alone.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in practices including Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory. I hold an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy and a B.A. in Christian Thought & Practice, both from Kairos University. As you consider your next step, I’d be honored to support you on your journey forward.
