Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. My passion for counseling began during my teenage years when I witnessed the meaningful impact that therapy can have on a person’s life. Seeing the power of being heard, understood, and supported inspired me to pursue a career in mental health. Today, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their own strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative experience that is tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. My approach is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences, to build self-understanding, and to work toward meaningful change. I do not believe counseling is about fixing people. Rather, I view therapy as an opportunity to support and empower individuals to become the change they desire in their lives. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Adlerian, Narrative, Existential, and trauma-informed approaches, integrating these frameworks based on what is most helpful for each client. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, developmental concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
Before counseling, I worked as a Mental Health Associate at the Human Services Center and completed my clinical internship at Heartland Psychological Services. In my free time, I enjoy going for walks, spending quality time with loved ones, and painting. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck, I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and wellness.
