As a Client Services Specialist in Administration at Stronghold Counseling Services, I support the daily operations that help our office run smoothly. I assist clients with scheduling appointments, answering phone inquiries, and helping address questions related to credentialing and payments. My role focuses on creating an organized and welcoming experience for clients while ensuring they receive the support they need to connect with our outpatient behavioral and mental health services. With over 14 years of experience as a Client Services Specialist, I enjoy being a reliable point of contact for both clients and staff. I’m passionate about helping people feel comfortable and supported when they reach out for care. Being able to guide clients through the process and contribute to a team that supports mental and behavioral health is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
