If you’re navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, difficult life transitions, or grief and loss, you don’t have to go through it alone. Together, we can create a safe and supportive space where healing begins. I find grief work (loss of a loved one, loss of identity, infertility, relational trauma) incredibly rewarding. Clients would describe my style as gentle, compassionate, supportive, strength-based, and insightful. I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities to help meet my clients where they are, including Attachment-Based, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies.
Transformative work begins with a safe and secure therapeutic relationship. I work to cultivate a space that feels grounding and stabilizing for clients. Whether we are learning skills to manage symptoms, deepening self-awareness, or walking through grief, I am intentional in meeting you where you’re at. Self-compassion is a common theme in session.
It can be daunting facing the hurt and complexities of life alone. You may feel isolated in your experiences, whether it’s past wounds, present grief, or anxiety about the future. If you are interested in starting therapy and feel like I may be a good fit, I would love to connect and hold space for whatever you bring.
