I am passionate about helping people discover that healing and change are truly possible. Through my own experiences with adversity and healing, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how pain impacts individuals and families—and how growth can emerge from even the most difficult seasons. I strive to offer hope and compassion to those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what healing could look like.
I believe people grow in the context of relationships. Using a relational and systemic lens, I help clients understand patterns, experiences, and environments that shape their lives. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and practical, creating a space where clients can be honest, curious, and open.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Addiction Counselor, I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I integrate evidence-based, trauma-informed, and relational approaches to support meaningful and lasting change.
Outside of work, I value time with my family, community involvement, travel, and continued learning.
