I became a therapist because I’ve always been fascinated by people and drawn to the depth and significance of human relationships. I feel incredibly fortunate to walk with people through some of the most important and difficult moments in their lives.
My approach is collaborative, reflective, and relational. I focus on understanding each person’s unique experience and how patterns emerge across different areas of life. Sessions often involve exploring emotions, relationships, and personal history while also paying attention to the therapy relationship itself.
My work is informed by psychodynamic and relational perspectives, with attention to emotional experience and long-standing patterns in relationships. I work primarily with adults facing concerns related to mood, relationships, and identity. I am also engaged in doctoral study related to psychodynamic approaches to psychotherapy. If you are considering therapy, you are welcome to reach out to explore whether my practice may be a good fit.
