I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves by exploring their past and present experiences. I’m passionate about supporting people as they strengthen their sense of self and begin to notice their own growth and transformation along the way.
As an integrative therapist, I believe it’s important to consider the whole person and the many aspects of life that influence well-being. This includes biological, psychological, social, and spiritual factors. I also approach therapy from a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming perspective.
In our work together, I won’t assume I know more about you than you do. Your experiences and perspective matter. My role is to listen, learn from you, and help find thoughtful and creative ways to move through and forward. I aim to show up to each session as authentically human. While I’m a trained professional, I’m also someone who continues pursuing growth and health in my own life. A concept that has stayed with me since early on in my training is to enter each counseling session “prepared without a plan.” There’s no set agenda. We will go where you need to go. Choosing to begin or return to the counseling journey takes courage. If you allow me to walk alongside you, I will be honored.
