My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experiences sitting on the other side of the therapy room. It was powerful to experience the feeling of being seen and heard in a time that felt vulnerable for me. Those experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the healing and meaningful change that can happen within the therapeutic relationship. Each day brings new challenges, insights, and triumphs, and I am grateful to support others through the process every step of the way.

I primarily work with teens and young adults, as well as individuals navigating periods of adjustment, change, or life transitions. I often support clients who are experiencing a wide variety of challenges. While I have experience supporting the above areas, I have the training and experience to work with a wide range of clients and most concerns. I take an individualized approach to therapy, adapting my work to meet each client’s unique needs. My practice integrates evidence-based techniques with a humanistic perspective, creating a collaborative and personalized therapy experience. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you pursue growth and healing.
