I am honored to walk with people through vital times in their lives. For 10+ years, I’ve worked with adults and couples, drawing on extensive clinical training and a deep curiosity about people, relationships, attachment, and the way the mind works. I bring knowledge of trauma, neuroscience, and diverse cultures to my work, and am always growing in these areas. I’m highly attuned to others and enjoy sharing observations that help people understand themselves more deeply.

Our work is genuinely relational — I use the therapeutic relationship itself as the means of healing. I actively encourage people to push back and correct me, because they are the greatest experts on themselves. You can expect openness, acceptance, and gentleness. I can sit with you through very hard things, and my hope is that being together in it feels less alone.

My focus is individual and couples counseling for adults.  I specialize in complex trauma, integrate body-based approaches into trauma work, and am neurodiversity affirming with extra training in highly sensitive people. If you feel I might be the right fit, I’d love to hear from you.
