I became a therapist because I care deeply about people—their stories, struggles, and capacity for growth. It is meaningful to walk alongside someone as they rediscover hope and move toward healing. I believe therapy is about genuine connection: being met with empathy, feeling truly seen, and realizing you are more than the challenges or beliefs holding you back. It is an honor when someone trusts me with their story, and I hold that trust with deep respect and care.
My approach is client-centered, relational, and systemic. I focus on creating a supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I work with adults, couples, and families navigating identity, race, LGBTQ+ experiences, relationship challenges, life transitions, and concerns around self-worth or belonging. I tailor sessions to your experiences and goals, often incorporating strengths-based conversations, mindfulness, narrative exploration, and emotionally focused work.
Starting therapy can feel uncertain or overwhelming, especially if past experiences have made it difficult to reach out for support. Your story and healing journey matter, and you deserve compassion, respect, and understanding. I look forward to supporting you as you move toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.
