I became a therapist because I believe relationships shape how we experience the world. When those relationships feel strained, distant, or painful, it impacts everything. I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and reconnect in meaningful ways. Some of the most meaningful moments in my work are when people begin to truly see and hear each other again.
As a systemically trained Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I view challenges through a relational lens, focusing on patterns rather than placing blame. I help clients understand how interactions, history, stress, and attachment experiences shape their dynamics. My approach is collaborative, emotionally attuned, and intentional. I support clients in identifying what keeps them stuck and guide them toward new ways of responding that foster safety and connection.
I specialize in relational distress, betrayal, intimacy concerns, and communication challenges. My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based approaches, Collaborative Language Systems, and EMDR. I integrate emotional depth with practical tools to support meaningful, lasting change.
