I have been providing psychotherapy since 1983, and I still love my profession. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the psychological and relationship needs of those who come to me for help.
Psychotherapy is a relationship that aims at helping you work through those issues, past and present, that are currently adding too much challenge to your life. It is a relationship that requires both patient and therapist, both you and me, to commit to your journey. I like seeing problematic symptoms drop away, but I am most invested in helping you more fully discover your value as a human being. My therapeutic style and input are shaped by the particular person you are.
I have over 40 years of experience, and I have worked with just about everything a psychologist might encounter. I particularly enjoy assisting ministry professionals, psychotherapists, and other caregivers. My understanding of humans and human experience is shaped by my integration of psychological and theological material. I invite you to contact me to learn more about the kind of professional services I offer and to see if we might be a good fit to work together.
